La Tierra Agave spirits are exclusively made using 100% Agave Americana cultivated in the distinctive terroir of the Karoo desert in South Africa. Handpicked from the fertile soils of this unique region, the Agave Americana undergoes a slow-cooking process in brick pits, lasting a minimum of 72 hours. This careful cooking method creates a deep, rich flavour profile that forms the basis of the spirit.
